Preparing for Your First Appointment
All you need to bring with you to your first appointment is a photo ID and your insurance card. Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork, and feel free to wear anything you’d like.
Your First Appointment
You’ll feel at home from the moment you connect with our friendly front-desk staff. We always start care with a smile and stay on schedule as much as possible, so you don’t have to wait.
Once we’ve had a chance to check you in, Dr. Kim will sit down with you for a detailed one-on-one to understand your case history and listen to what’s been going on for you. This first visit is all about listening and understanding your condition. We’d rather start with an accurate diagnosis than miss a key detail and have to circle back later.
During your consultation, we’ll perform a thorough orthopedic exam before going over our findings as well as our recommendations for care. Dr. Kim will provide your first adjustment at the end of this visit. No one wants to be in pain any longer than necessary, so we won’t make you wait before providing care.
Financing Care
Our front desk staff will talk you through the finances of care so you know exactly what to expect. Our fees are reasonable, and we provide more personalized, in-depth care than you’ll find anywhere else.
We accept HSAs and all major credit cards. Our Pennsylvania clinic accepts most insurances plus Medicare. The New Jersey office will start taking insurance soon.
